A 3D environment study of a stylized gas station built using a mixed-reference pipeline. Modeled in 3ds Max, with props textured in Substance Painter for detailed wear. The scene was assembled and lit for real-time rendering in Unreal Engine 5, focusing on volumetric fog, wet surfaces, and high-contrast neon lighting.
